I had some bad dental work done two days ago and, for the next week, I need to stick with food that doesn’t require much chewing. This is a good option:
I oiled a custard cup, broke two eggs into it, added about 2/3 cup of cottage cheese with sprinklings of onion powder and garlic powder, and mixed it together. It baked for 40 minutes at 350° F, and filled the apartment with a garlicky, quichey aroma.
It’s delicious — a silver lining in a real cloud of a week.
You poor thing! I hate dentistry when performed on me.
I make something like that often - but with a couple of ounces of crumbled feta, too.
